Thank you for your interest in participating in Super Hero Kids Contest. To complete your application and qualify to participate, you are required to accept these terms and conditions that guide the contest. By using our website which is governed by our privacy policy, you accept these terms, conditions, and disclaimer in full. Accordingly, if you disagree with these terms, conditions and disclaimer or any part thereof, you must not use our website or submit your application and materials.

 

1) ELIGIBILITY

This contest and use of this website are intended for use by residents of Nigeria or indigenes of Nigeria and Such pictures or images must not be affiliated with any brand or organization.

Entrant must be between 0 - 12 years to participate in Naija Beauty Contest.

2) THERE IS NO REFUND OF MONEY REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE

 

ENTRANCE/REGISTRATION

3) The procedure for entering this Competition is as follows:

1. a) Interested participants must register and create a profile on the website with their name, email, and phone number.
2. c) Participants upload the image file on the website. The entry must be labelled with the entrant’s name and a short description of the photograph. Image files must be a minimum of 500 x 500 pixels and not more than 5MB.
3. d) On submission of the image file, entrant must confirm via mail and share the contest hashtag on different social media for friends to vote for them.
4. f) Voting cost #50 and payment is done online (by paystack/flutterwave/paypal.) and manual/direct transfer into Account 1018588087 Face Of Glamz Africa Zenith Bank.
5. g) Entrant must follow the contest information on the website and on Super Hero Kids Contest social media pages to know when voting opens and solicit for votes.

4) The Super Hero Kids Contest runs every month approximately 12 contests in a year.

5) You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to protect Your Entry against image misuse by any third party, which includes but is not limited to, the insertion of a watermark, for example. The   Super Hero Kids Contest Organizers and its Partners assume no responsibility and are not liable for any image misuse.

6) Participants are only allowed to submit one entries. Blurry, illegible, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

 

7) This Competition is open to every Nigerian between the ages of 18-30 years old that is creatively inclined and desires to express the creativity through photography using any digital device at their disposal to take compelling images that ties in with the “Visions of Nigeria” theme as stated on the website.

8) This contest shall be governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9) The organizers possess the right to adjust the Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary, for the good of all concerned.

WINNERS SELECTION

10) Winning the contest will only be adjudged to the following terms below:

11) Contestants must complete the three stages in this competition before winning the contest.

12) Top 10 contestants will be selected based on the highest votes contestants get in stage 3. and will be awarded a consolation.

13) Contestant with the highest number of votes will be considered Winner of the competition and same is applicable to 1st, and 2nd Runner-up.

14) Winners will be contacted to redeem prizes within 48hrs after each contest. Money prizes will be transferred into the account details provided by winners and all gift prizes will be delivered through delivery companies in Nigeria to winner’s location within 7 working days.

15) Contestants on Top 10 Contestants list that does not win with contest will be rewarded 20% of the money they generated through their Fans Voting, which may be in the form of gift items or cash rewards from us, at the discretion of the contest management team.

16) If there is suspicion of fraud, the time for obtaining the award may be extended for up to 30 working days.

17) The organizing business is not liable for any problems that may happen during the prize distribution.

18) If a Participant's account is removed, either on his or her own initiative or at the request of Glow Beauty Naija, no award will be provided, and there will be no REFUND OF MONEY regardless of the cause.

19) If there is suspicion of fraud, the time for obtaining the award may be extended for up to 90 working days.

20) In addition, if fraudulent vote purchases are confirmed (for example, a stolen card), the member's account, participation, and award will be revoked.

 

21) If it is discovered following verification that the Participant does not live in the correct place for the sub-classifications by State/Country, her/his reward will be annulled, and no recompense for any monies invested will be made.

 

19) Before any participation, Participants must have read these regulations and have accepted them in their entirety. Participants in the contest will be deemed as having accepted these provisions in their entirety.

 

LAWS GUIDING THE CONTEST

22) All information on contest rules and participation guidelines for the photo contest is made available on this website.

 

23) All Content on the Site remains the property of the Super Hero Kids Contest, or, in respect of certain images, the author of the image.

24) Information on the Site, including these Terms, is subject to change without notice. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Super Hero Kids Contest. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms as updated and/or amended.

 

25) The Super Hero Kids Contest Organizers make no representations that the Content on this Site is appropriate or available for use in all countries. Those who do access this Site are solely responsible for compliance with local laws of the country in which the Content is accessed.

 

26) While the organizers of the Super Hero Kids Contest will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the Site. The organizers make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, correctness, reliability or otherwise with respect to such information, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any omissions or errors (including, without limitation, typographical errors and technical errors) in the content.

 

27) The Super Hero Kids Contest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any image uploaded (“entry”) that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the entry is submitted on the Website. You warrant and represent, in respect of each entry submitted by You (“Entry”), as follows:

 

1. a) You are the sole owner and author of each Entry.
2. b) You have the right to make your Entry available to the site.
3. c) Entry does not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane content.
4. d) Entry does not contain any material that could constitute or encourage conduct which would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Fund accepts no legal liability for the Entries submitted to this contest.
5. g) Entry does not contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service.

29) If, as a result of these Competition Rules, an unexpected issue arises, the parties concerned will do their best efforts to resolve any dispute or difference of opinion between them, arising from or in connection with these Competition Rules, peacefully and without resorting to litigation. Any disagreement or difference between the parties that cannot be resolved by mutual dialogue must be committed to the arbitration laws in accordance with the regulations of the country wherever this contract was executed
